Troubled Treasure
This could easily be such a treasure in Cabos ,however from the AWFUL manager Erin to all the troubles with the stay it was just NOT what I anticipated from the lack of customer service to down right rudeness this place has alot of little defects that ultimately just become a sad realization that it's NOT worth the money you have spent to vacation there.
From the worst service to broken and raggedy furniture un cleaned rooms unstocked unattended mistreated locking the wash room that was advertised when I rented the place my friends vehicle being broken into and the managers response was not ANYTHING as I would have expected her response was others have been there longer with no issues and the best one some MEXICANS also broke into my husband's truck before kitchen!. WOW ! kitchen pot under the bathroom sink because the hose needed to be replaced the couch broken and covered with a blanket to hide the damaged surface.
Uncleaned prior to our arrival pet hair everywhere from a previous guest.
3 or 4 days this place had NO water and the manager texted back to another guest that we needed to BRUSH OUR TEETH and shower with the pool water!
My son along with other guest were all outside when I got into a verbal disagreement with property manager for treating the guest like garbage.
I recommend this place put ALOT of its revenue into maintenance overall but ESPECIALLY into a much BETTER staff and hire staff as they charge for housekeeping but no service is provided.
