The 42 m2 bright apartment is located in the 6th lift floor of a well maintained, quiet residential building.
Our apartment was recently renovated and furnished in a modern style and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of a large living room with attached kitchenette, separate dressing room, large anteroom, bathroom with bath, bidet and a washing machine and a separate toilet.

Gut und ruhig gelegen

Gutes Appartement-ohne Charme, knappe Ausrüstung und an manchen Ecken etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Trotzdem empfehlen wir es für den Preis weiter.

Vienna Property

We choose the property for convenience. CLose to the Center city. The Host needs to live in her apartment for three days to understand what travelers experience. Minimal/No drawer space, Kitchen ware needs to be updated to match, be consistent and not potential pick up at a local thrift store. We needed to buy napkins, Hand soap to wash and shower. We were given two towels for bath and two for hands (5 days) sure a washer but drying took 24 hour hanging in the apartment. The sofa couch needs a new clean cover. The Pillows need cases that fit. The Pillows should be thrown away and new pillows (Head smell) I was a VRBO owner and insured tenants can arrive and not rush out to get “stuff” She should charge more so tenants can get more leisure and comfort. No A/C (it did hit 85 three days) and apartment was ‘stuffy’ Awkward Bidet set up in front of washer literally could not attempt to manage getting into for its use. I did hit my head three times_. 1) Microwave while washing dished, 2) stove exhaust when cooking and 3) on mirror when brush teeth and spitting out. So tall people beware. The Exhaust in shower room and in Toilette did not operate. Many light bulbs needed replacing 3 in kitchen of 4! But again convince was a factor. I suspect the host will make improvements with this review. Yes Clean but needs TLC!

Hassle, the whole thing

I informed our host that we would be arriving after 9PM days in advance and they told me that it was an inconvenience for them and we could cancel and look for another rental. Additionally that arriving that late would result in an additional €20 euro fee in cash to the person that let us into the flat. I saw NOTHING that mentioned this late check in policy only the standard check in check out time (nothing about if you are too late checking in an additional fee would be incurred). After checking in, getting settled we realized we had NO towels. We called the host and they said they could do nothing about it until the next day 8AM. At 8:45 they brought us towels. We also realized that after that first night the single blanket provided during winter was really not enough but we had already bothered them and it seemed pretty clear that they did not want to be bothered. So we just wore more to bed. Would recommend maybe during warmer months, and if you check to make sure you have everything and are not arrived late or need to contact the host in any way.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable et bien situé, idéal pour visiter Vienne à pieds. De plus, le métro est au bout de la rue et les trams à proximité.
