. It is located on one of the most beautiful, quiet streets in Laguna Beach. The unit is a 600 square foot newly built apartment/studio on the lower level of a beautiful 1927 Historic Home (VRBO Listing #346493). There is a full kitchen, washer dryer, Queen bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. An easy walk into town (1 mile) can be walked along the beach or sidewalk on PCH. There is a large patio area for guest use . Off street parking, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.There is a Weber grill available for BBQing. utilities and high speed internet included, plus cell booster.

A stay like no other

Hands down, the best rental I've had the pleasure to occupy, not only in the states, but internationally, as well. Even before check in, and throughout the entirety of my stay, the property manager was extremely quick to respond to any question or concern that arose in the most pleasant, welcoming, and attentive manner that I had ever experienced during any of my travels. The property itself is incredibly safe, comfortable and inviting, providing everything necessary for an extended stay, including a lovely, fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs are provided, with access only steps away from some of the most beautiful beaches Laguna has to offer. I thought it couldn't get any better until I learned that the beautiful front patio, complete with a wooden table and umbrella, providing ample seating for 6, was mine to enjoy for the duration of my stay. I have yet to find a more enjoyable, peaceful stay that felt like home from the moment I arrived. Second to none! I hope to return very soon.

Perfect!

I loved this place from the moment I arrived. Debbie is so lovely and made me feel so welcomed right from the start. There is everything you need, the bed is comfy, the decor is beautiful and everything works. The beach is literally a few steps from the house. Perfect for long term stay. I could not have been happier!
