This charming apartment, located on the mythical Cours Saleya near the Quai des Etats-Unis and the Promenade des Anglais offers a large living room, equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, and 2 double bedrooms (mattress 140x190). One of the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully functional (oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine).

Juste l absence d état des lieux me dérange car les locataires avant nous Ont decelle une applique luminaire Marque de brûlure mégot sur table et Chaises mauvaise stabilité des chaises Trace d usure sur les planches en bois de l escalier je tenais à le signaler Sinon c est très beau emplacement appartement top literie top Merci cordialement
