Welcome to our flat!
You will be staying in the heart of Caen's city centre, at the foot of the Château Ducal and the church of Saint Pierre, in a lively and historic district with all the shops nearby.
The Vaugueux district is located a little higher up, preserved from the war, where you will find restaurants and bars and the port (5 min walk) with its bars along the quays and the market on Sunday morning.

The flat is on the first floor of a building, without lift.
Enter our flat, on your right the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, cupboards, dishwasher and washing machine in the back kitchen).
On your left is the main room with a sitting area with a sofa and coffee table and a dining area with 2 high tables and stools.
Continue down the corridor, on your right you will find the separate WC and the shower room with shower and basin, then a bedroom with a 120 cm bed, a single sofa bed and a wardrobe for your clothes.
At the end of the corridor on your left, after the main room, there is a bedroom with two 120 cm beds and a wardrobe for your clothes.
The flat can accommodate up to 4 travellers.

From the balcony you have a view of the castle and from the kitchen a view of the church of Saint Pierre.

Molt ben situat, davant del Castell i pròxim a zona comercial. Per aparcar es complicat, però es pot aparcar pagant zona blava o si camines 5-10', gratis. L'apartament està molt bé. Molt recomanable per famílies

Apartamento muy bien situado y céntrico en Caen . Se puede encontrar aparcamiento sin pagar relativamente cerca El único inconveniente es que al ser céntrico, también es algo ruidoso por la noche.

Ferienwohnung in belebter Innenstadtlage von Caen

Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock eines Hauses, das unweit des Chateau an einer sehr belebten und viel befahrenen Straße bzw. Kreuzung liegt. In dem Zeitraum, für den wir die Wohnung gemietet hatten (13. bis 20. August 2022), war es abends und nachts ganz schön laut auf der Straße wegen Leuten, die vor dem Haus standen und sich oft laut unterhalten haben, und wegen der auch nachts sehr gut hörbaren Autos und Mopeds. Montags bis donnerstags konnten wir - mit geschlossenen Fenster und tw. zusätzlich Ohropax - ab ca. 01:30 Uhr schlafen, FR-SO ab ca. 02:00 Uhr. Die Wohnung ist definitiv geeignet für Leute, die gerne nachts Party machen und/oder lange unterwegs sein wollen. Sehr groß und gut sind die Betten. Insgesamt fanden wir – abgesehen von dem Lärm-Problem – die Wohnung OK.
