Grosse déception - annonce "mensongère" - services déficients
Après la surprise de l'absence de la 2e s.de b. annoncée, puis retirée de l'annonce après notre réclamation, nous découvrons, à l'entrée dans l'immeuble que : 1) l'appartement est au 3e étage sans ascenseur ; 2 ) qu'il est en duplex, avec un escalier "échelle de meunier". Nous sommes un couple de septuagénaires avec des petits-enfants (2 ans...) => Vacances pas du tout reposantes !! Confort apparent certain, MAIS, nous signalons, comme demandé, les anomalies constatées à l'entrée en jouissance : douche s'écoulant très mal (bain de pieds dans l'eau sale) la lunette des WC décrochée avec le risque de chute pour enfants, entre autres, & détail mineur, une lampe de chevet qui ne fonctionne pas. Le gérant immobilier nous promet une intervention rapide après annonce de la venue du réparateur. Samedi, nous sommes partis, les réparations n'étaient toujours pas réalisées (j'espère qu'elles l'ont été pour les suivants !!) A noter que pour sa part de responsabilité (les réparations non faites) le gérant immobilier a fini par consentir un geste commercial. Et vous ? pour l'annonce doublement mensongère, que faites-vous alors que les DEUX points sur lesquels il y a eu tromperie étaient déterminants pour nous ?? Merci de votre réponse rapide !
