Cedar Run is located a few minutes north of Fort Bragg in the sunbelt, and on the ocean-side of Highway One. Why pay Mendocino prices for a WIND-swept property that can often be foggy, when you can have it all in this quite-often sunny, secluded and tranquil setting?
Enjoy all the comforts of home: Full kitchen with all amenities; two bedrooms ~ sleeping a family of six comfortably; new King TempurPedic mattress in the master BR; 1 flatscreen TV w/DVD player in the livingroom (satellite), and smaller flatscreen upstairs, w/DVD player only. We have a dormer loft (sleeps 4) w/attached bathroom; Master Bedroom w/attached full bath/shower on main level.
The Sundance spa, situated on a generous deck, facing beautiful, private meadow. Outdoor dining area on deck includes table/four chairs & umbrella for the pleasures of al-fresco dining at it's finest. BBQ available w/careful use.
Property offers over 12 private acres for hiking, sunbathing/relaxing, hot-tubbing, or, playing board games /cards on the deck. The kids will love it! Plenty of room to run with a tire swing near the meadow.
A 30-minute walk to your own private beach/
All the comfort of home provided, including beach towels; you need only bring your groceries and coffee beans!
In addition, our property is designed to accommodate the physically challenged, as there are only three steps on the front porch before entering the house.

A lovely place!

We truly loved this property! The house is lovingly taken care of and this was a wonderful place to stay. The bed in the master bedroom was awesome! The best part was the seclusion of the property, while really not being too far out of town. We took the trail to the dunes daily and our dog loved every minute! The owners were in contact with us multiple times to ensure our comfort and well being during our stay. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Escape into Nature

This place is so lovely and cozy. Its closeness to Ten Mile Beach is amazing, and after a long walk out on the wild dunes a soak in the hot tub was everything. We needed a reset for 2024 and Cedar run was it. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Beautiful secluded and relaxing

Comfortable home in great location. Open living room, kitchen, dining area very nice. Fun walk through the pines and eucalyptus tress to the dunes and beach.

Quiet and comfortable

You can take a short walk through the trees to get to the sand dunes and beach. It’s really beautiful. And the house is cozy and comfortable. A very peaceful place. The owners of the property were really kind, helpful , and communicative.
