About this property

Mini vacation or long vacation time !!! Come visit us at the island!

Maravilla Beautiful Resort Grounds and our home away from home Condo unit 521 sq ft accommodates up to 5 guests and is located on Seawall Blvd almost right across from one of the fishing piers.
Note: the resort pool only will be closed starting November 1st till end of February 2022 due to construction.

The condo complex has wonderful amenities which includes 3 pools (1 resort style, 1 heated and 1 kid pool), a hot tub, charcoal grills, outdoor benches, gym, volleyball playing area, and restrooms.

It has queen size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Twin bunks with individual TVs(for cable & streaming device) in private room. Linens are provided for all the beds.

(1) Bathroom with walk-in shower, tile work, granite counter top, sink, and mirror, stacked washer and dryer are also included. Wash cloths, towels, soaps and toilet paper are provided.

Full size appliances in the kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, individual blender, coffee pot and Keurig). Some basic breakfast snacks available for guests.

Granite counter top bar style with (4) bar stools.
Cooking ware (Pots and pans, dinnerware, all cooking utensils, basic seasonings also provided)

In the living area there is a comfortable queen sofa bed, lifting coffee table, cable TV, and awesome views of the gulf right from your window. Basic cable, streaming media available and free secured WiFi.

We care about the health and safety or our guests so we are committed to the cleaning, offer self Lock code check in to limit interaction.

There is a per stay, per car, overnight parking fee ($20) charged by the resort, which can be paid online prior to arrival or with a credit card at the front desk. (Mask use required for your protection). Maravilla resort will also give you the wristbands for the pool.

Beach items for guest use:
Wagon, beach umbrella, folding chairs and some beach toys.

Small but great!

We enjoyed our stay in Galveston. This condo was sparkling clean and very well equipped. We appreciated the coffee variety, beach gear, beautiful kitchen and bathroom, and the view. Please know that it is small. It would be hard for a family the size of ours (5) to stay more than a couple of nights here. Plenty of bed space, bunks were great, but we struggled with room for all our suitcases. Not a bad stay in any way, just know that space is limited. Thanks Dan and Silvy! Your place is beautiful!

Excellent vaca spot

Perfect condo for a family. We really enjoyed separate bedroom for the kiddos. The couch was super comfortable and nice for movie watching. Enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the unit. The heated pool was viewable from the condo which was nice to watch. Went during Christmas, the condo was nicely decorated. Would recommend staying & definitely would stay again!
