Alerio is a newly constructed condominium located along the Scenic Gulf Drive convenient to great dining and endless shopping. This gated complex features a community pool, hot tub, elevators and multiple grilling areas.

Alerio C204 has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and has accommodations for up to 6 guests. Each Bedroom has a flat screen TV.

Master bedroom houses a king-sized bed, private bath with dual sinks, walk in shower and separate bathtub. The 2nd bedroom includes charming décor and a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a fun "SURFER THEME" with a twin over full bunk bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in and features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and hardwood floors throughout the condo.

Alerio is ideally situated on Scenic 98, and is walking distance to everything, including: grocery shopping, gift shops, wine shop, ice cream and amazing beach restaurants; Surf Hut, Pompano Joes, Royal Palm Grill, Whales Tale as well as one of the largest FL outlets, Silver Sand outlets.

Alerio is located less than 1 mile from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets and just a short drive to Grand Boulevard and Destin Commons Mall for some of the best shopping Florida has to offer.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food.

Florida Vacay!! ☀️

Patty was absolutely awesome and SUPER efficient!!! Her place is the perfect set up for a large family. The condo was super clean on arrival with easy access to the beach and pool!! Great beach getaway!

Patty’s place is a great beach getaway! Location is amazing right across from the beach and walking distance to so many things. Her condo has everything you need and was immaculate. Definitely a place we will be staying again!

Terrific stay, super close to the beach

This is a really excellent place to stay, especially for a larger group. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, and has almost everything you could need to make any kind of meal. Host was exceptional, extremely responsive and anytime we hade a question it was answered right away. Prior to our stay, we asked if they had a cooler for the beach, and they went abd purchased a brand new one for us prior to our arrival. You are also just steps away from the pool and hot tub. I would highly reccomend this place.

Amazing Owners!

This is our second time staying at the Alerio community. It’s location is amazing, and the condos are modern and clean. However, this unit in particular was amazing! It comes with a really great parking spot and is in the front of the community (as close to the beach as you can get)! It is also furnished nicely and came with everything we needed to cook, clean, and care for four adults and two children for a week. On top of everything, the owners are amazing! They reached out several times before and during our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. When something went wrong early in our stay, the we’re on the phone immediately and had a handyman arrive as quickly as possible to remedy the issue. I couldn’t have asked for more, but they gave more anyway, volunteering to comp a small portion of our stay for the inconvenience. They were simply amazing and made our stay even better. The hope is to never have to contact the owners for something going wrong, but it’s sure nice to know that they’ll go above and beyond if you do! We will definitely be seeking unit c204 again on our next stay!

AMAZING CONDO AND OWNERS!!!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious with 6 teenagers and two adults. Exactly as advertised. We were extremely well pleased, and the owners were wonderful from start to finish!! Would highly recommend, and looking forward to staying here again!!

Five Star! ⭐️

This is by far the best VRBO I have ever rented! We always use VRBO everywhere we travel. I am extremely picky and won’t rent unless there is a very high rating with many reviews. Staying in this condo was like a spa hotel. Absolutely gorgeous, clean, attention to every detail and thoughtful surprises! Communication was awesome and Patty was available at any moment to answer questions. The ONLY thing I would change about this property is the view from the balcony. The trees block the view of the street and sidewalk. Thanks for a great first trip to the gulf!

Fantastic beach vacation!

This condo was amazing for our family of 5. Very spacious, well maintained, and great location. The beach was literally across the street and the pool was nearby. Lots of extras at the condo to use that was very convenient when traveling from afar like beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach toys etc. Patty, our host was lovely with answering any questions we had and checking in on us! This is among the best homes we’ve rented. Clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the chairs/umbrella/toys provided. The nearby restaurants make everything close and convenient. Best of all, Patty is the best host to make her home feel like home. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

We’ve been coming to Destin for the last 11 years and this property is in my top 3 places to stay. You’re a few steps from the beach, within walking of a nice beachfront restaurant, and a short drive to major retail. The only con is that each unit has the utility closet in one of the bedrooms. Ours was in the youngest kids room so it was an adjustment for them at night, so we recommend bringing some sort of white noise for kids to drown out the loudness of it. The balcony offers a nice view of the strip but also privateness. The kitchen was also well stocked including an air fryer. The owner was very communicative and helpful with answering any questions we had.

Highly Recommed!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our annual cousin trip! It was as beautiful as the pictures and very spacious and accommodating for our group. The kitchen had all of the plate ware, utensils, coffee maker, etc that we needed and there were plenty of extra blankets, towels, beach towels and don't forget about the beach chairs, umbrella and pool/beach toys! The beach was a very short walk across the street and it is also conveniently located near the outlet malls, an Alvin's Island and many restaurants! Patty checked in several times leading up to our trip and provided some recommendations of places near by. She also checked in frequently throughout our stay and was always available if we needed anything! I look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

My family of 6 adults and a 1 year old loved the condo. The condo was beautiful and clean and had a lot of supplies to start our visit. The second floor location made our visit an easy up and down walk. We used the stairs most of the time because we like to walk. We had a lot of room with the 3 bedrooms and the living area. The beach was a short walk which was great with a 1 year old. The beach access was right across the street. Patty was wonderful answering my questions and checking in with us during our stay. We would stay here again.

Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic beach vacation! Property is very well maintained, clean, organized, and updated. We have four children (ages 15 months - 8 years) and there was plenty of space for all of us. Patty is fantastic with communication and helped us several times with questions before and during our stay. Very prompt to respond. The walk to the beach is short and easy as long as you're able to do stairs. Our children had no problem getting to and from the beach with us. We also loved the pool which is very close to the property and clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend this property!

Miramar Vacay 2022

Our stay was fantastic, we were very pleased that everything was as advertised! The photos of the property are accurate and the walk to the beach is very quick with access literally across the street. The property is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, crockpot, coffee pot, etc. The only thing you have to do is unpack and enjoy! Patty was a delight to work with, very professional and friendly!

Great Vacation Location
