Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, with a private back yard, and a sparkling pool and spa, you’ll slip into the kicked-back Palm Springs lifestyle very quickly. Newly furnished in 2019 with fun modern décor and Peanuts Memorabilia, this home will be sure to please.

Upon entering the home you will be greeted with an open floor plan living area. There are two living spaces, a lounge area with fireplace and a den with comfortable seating around the TV that opens to the kitchen. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, bar area, and bistro table for 6. Out back spacious backyard with BBQ, pool and spa. You will find Peanut memorabilia and décor throughout the home that is occasionally changed based on season. Each room has its own theme including the bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a red theme, king bed, and master bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms have a green theme and offer double beds, HDTV, and share the guest bath with shower/tub combo. There is also a half bath that guests can use. Just a short walk from the Tahquitz Creek Golf course and a five minute drive to restaurants and shops, this home is just far enough off the beaten path to provide seclusion, yet close enough to easily join in the fun when you’re ready. The Snoopy House

The Charles Shultz memorabilia is a bit overwhelming but once you get over that the house is comfortable. The pool is great for kids and a nice yard for dogs. A good place to walk the dogs. A quiet neighborhood and very private yard. Good appliances, bbq , and beds. We had one problem with flies but learned to keep the doors closed!!
