Located in the village of Sainte Anne, in a very quiet environment in a small residential estate accessible by a stone path, this house is located near the very pretty beach of Anse Michel, with lagoon and coconut trees, 5-7 minutes by car and many other beautiful beaches of southern Martinique are less than 15 minutes away.

A mini-market is located just 750m from the villa, the town of Sainte Anne is 6.5Km (a 10 minutes drive).
