Rec room offers additional Smart Tv with Youtube TV, games, puzzles and books. Also a poker table with chips and cards are ready for a game.

Pool area (pool now has heating system) for additional daily rate; request quote for pool heat when making reservation. Offers teak dinner table for 6, fire pit, lounge chairs and to enjoy the afternoon sun and evening sunset of McDowell Peak to the west. For safety, always have an adult with children. The pool area is completely enclosed and offers snake fencing around all areas of the wrought iron fence.

AMAZING HOME!!!

This property exceeded our expectations! Plenty of room, very clean, every amenity you could think of, and absolutely beautiful!!! One of the best parts was the owner’s quick communication and helpfulness! If you are in this area, I highly recommend you stay here!!!

Wonderful property

I had not stayed in Fountain Hills before, lovely community and home. Definitely car dependent about 25-30 minutes into Scottsdale area. The house was wonderfully laid out, very clean, well stocked owners lovely and accommodating. Enjoyed our time.

Wonderful home! Appointed perfectly and with a care attitude. Not one complaint. Well yes i do have one...our stay was too short!! Owners were outstanding, helpful and informative. The home was perfectly situated in a quite well maintained area and central for our needs. Couldnt ask for better. Thank you.

Amazing home with perfect location!

We loved our stay! The house was sparkling clean and exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location is fantastic! Quiet neighborhood close to activities in Scottsdale. Would rent again in a heartbeat!!
