I welcome you in my charming 55 square meters chalet style apartment with balcony, located on the 3rd floor with elevator and perfect for 4 people. It is ideally located at 4 min walk from the Mont Blanc Company: it is a cable car that leads to the famous ski areas of Chamonix and that allows to reach the famous Aiguille du Midi. Restaurants and shops are also nearby.

## Logement
The apartment has a warm atmosphere and includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed. It also has a BALCONY that offers a sumptuous VIEW of the Mountain and where you can have your coffee.
You will have at your disposal: Parking, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven. Professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You will stay at :
-15 min from the ski area of SeeChamonix where you can do activities in winter and summer.
-17 min from Domaine des Planards which is a ski area in winter and an amusement park in summer.
-6 min from the Casino Le Royal for gambling lovers.
-15 min from the Richard Bozon Aquatic Center which also offers a multitude of activities: swimming pools, balneotherapy, ice rink, fitness rooms...
-10 min from the Montenvers train station to visit the sea and the ice cave.
-13 min from the Raft Session Chamonix for water sports such as rafting, tubing, hydrospeed, canyoning, kayaking...

For your daily shopping, you will find a SPAR SUPERMARCHE at 5 min and a Carrefour Market at 8 min walk from the apartment. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
