About this property

This first floor condo sleeps six and includes plenty of living space. This affordable Central Florida condo is 25 minutes from Legoland and within 40 minutes of Disney, and Universal Studios. It includes a separate entrance, generous living room, bedroom and includes a full kitchen and a compact washer and dryer for smaller loads of wash in suite. There are also full size washer and dryers at multiple laundry facilities available at the complex for fee. This is an economical way to enjoy vacationing.

This is a no pet property.

The complex is away from the city center, but a short drive to locale shops and attractions.

The condos in the complex are adjacent to each other. Quiet hours are 11 pm-7 am.

Smelled like Grandma's house

Pictures make it look like the bunks and the master are separate rooms, but it only has 1 bedroom. I still can't figure out why there's a curio cabinet in the bedroom instead of a dresser or chest of drawers. If you plan on more than 2 and staying for a bit, bring towels. Currently there is no activities on site until further notice. Kitchen is well supplied.

12 day/11 night Stay

The property is located in a nice community that's quiet and peaceful. I walked the nearby neighborhood and everyone I encountered was friendly. Property was perfect for me with a surprisingly private rear facing sitting area with a nice view. It is located away/semi-rural so a short 20 min drive to get to stores or restaurants. Typical accommodations regarding kitchen supplies/utensils and trash needs to be driven to the dumpster....not a big deal, just something to be aware of. The TV offered apps and Roku, but I can't proper speak to the service as I am unfamiliar with this style of TV (still living in the cable world). To be clear, the unit only has one bedroom with a full size bed, a bunk bed and a pull out couch in the living room. While the area is peaceful, the neighbors do have some dogs and the walls are a little thin. Not a knock on the owner or the property, just an observation. Even with that, I will stay here again if I have an opportunity. The owner made check-in/check-out very easy and everything was well laid out/explained in a binder found at the property. Really a nice place.

Noisy and water problem

The unit was VERY noisy from the bedroom to the unit next door. Putting towels at the door didn't help. Ended up sleeping in the living room. Then the upstairs unit was very loud at 10 or 11pm with stomping across the floor. The water leak without water caused us to leave a couple days early.

Great hosts!

We enjoyed our time and the hosts were very responsive to any questions. Biggest disappointment was the TV was only live stream so networks programs and sports channels were not available as they usually are with cable of dish networks.
