This Cottage by the Lake in the Ozarks is a 3-2-2 vacation spot situated near Lake Windsor. Fully furnished & stocked. Quiet & secluded in a culdesac with over 1/2 acre. Plenty of parking, garage available for bike storage, washing areas in back. Fully fenced beck yard. Fire pit with lots of private patio space for relaxing after a long day of fun. Wifi super fast at 190 mps & all amenities. You are less than 10-15min to all main attractions in NWA....

Charming and Peaceful Getaway

My sisters and I stayed at this property for a local wedding. The house is very well appointed (nice towels, nice decor, clean, plenty of kitchen stuff, etc.) and well organized for renters. There is a whiteboard with local contact and wifi information and a binder with clear check out instructions, as well as, information about local activities. The owners were very responsive and helpful. This is a great rental house.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was very clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped. Huge backyard to be enjoyed by adults, kids & dogs. Good location close to all the biking and tourist spots. Would highly recommend.

First mountain bike trip to Bentonville Mid October 2022

We really enjoyed are relaxing evenings at this location. Quiet neighborhood with frequent deer sightings. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog and have the ability to stretch our legs for walks in the neighborhood. Would definitely come back to rent this house again.
