Rust, privacy, comfort, gemoedelijkheid, charme

Prachtige oude herenboerderij met veel Franse charme. Comfortabele koele studio waar alles is wat je nodig hebt. Fijn terras aan de achterkant met zon in de ochtend tot 's middags. In de namiddag zon aan de andere kant. De gastvrouw zorgt dat het je nergens aan ontbreekt en ze voelt goed de balans tussen gezelligheid en afstand ivm privacy aan. Ze heeft goede tips over de omgeving. Een heel fijne uitvalsbasis om uit te rusten, te wandelen, prachtige oude dorpjes met markten en steden te bezoeken!

What a great place, the peace of an old building with thick walls, combined with the great hostess, lovely walkable restaurant and plenty to do and visit within an hours drive. Thanks for a lovely time.

Französische Oase

Schon die Fotos hatten uns magisch angezogen. Und als wir das Studio Bambous betraten, waren wir überwältigt vom Charme des alten Gemäuers und der liebvollen Einrichtung mit zahllosen französischen Details! Der Eingangsbereich ist mit Wein umrankt und man kann auf dem Bett liegend den sich rötenden Trauben beim Reifen zusehen. Nach hinten führt eine Tür zur Terrasse des Studios mit Tisch und gemütlichen Stühlen, die uns zu unseren ausgiebigen Frühstücken und weiteren Mahlzeiten eingeladen hat. Besonders zauberhaft: Die Bambousserie – sogar mit Hängematte – sorgt für eine ausgesprochen private Atmosphäre. Das Ganze ist eingebettet innerhalb des Anwesens mit wunderbar altem Baumbestand und einem freien Blick in die angrenzende Natur. Zentrum des Anwesens ist Susanne, die Haus und Hof kreativ und mit Hingabe erhält und weiter ausbaut. Die Einladung zu einem Aperitif entpuppte sich als kleines Bankett mit selbstgemachten Köstlichkeiten. Vielen Dank nochmals! Weitere Bewohner: Die schwarze Hündin Philomene, die zwei ebenfalls schwarze Kater adoptiert hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben uns entspannt vor Ort mit gelegentlichem Sprung in den Pool und sind in den Cevennen gewandert und haben Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternommen. Der Möglichkeiten sind echt viele (Susanne hat auch noch eine Reihe von Vorschlägen für Unternehmungen) und wir haben in dieser einen Woche nur einen Bruchteil der Möglichkeiten wahrnehmen können.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, gemütlich und stilvoll

In der sehr individuell und mit Liebe zum geschmackvollen Detail eingerichteten Unterkunft haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und insgesamt einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt. Frühstücken auf der Terrasse im Schatten eines kleinen Bambuswäldchens, das hat man nicht so oft...Frau Lavalle ist eine ausgezeichnete und sehr aufgeschlossene Gastgeberin, die uns auf die zahlreichen Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung hingewiesen hat und uns auch persönlich wirklich supernett betreut hat! Wir haben dieses Feriendomizil nach dem Urlaub bereits Freunden, Familie und Kollegen weiterempfohlen!
