The communicative open kitchen with island and technically high-quality equipment, flat screen TV both in the dining area below and above in the studio, as well as toilet on both levels and loggia with south-west orientation meet all the requirements for a feel-good holiday.

On the lower floor there is the modern bathroom with a large shower and the kitchen open to the dining area with two double doors that let in the morning sun.
The spiral staircase leads to the light-flooded living room, where it is difficult to choose your favorite place.
Depending on the season, the loggia there, with no outside view, has sunlight from late noon and also invites you to sundowner on cooler evenings thanks to radiant heaters.
