Great location
This is a great location, but there should be some basic updates to it to make it more comfortable. 1. Window shades in the bathrooms. It's a little strange to shower and know someone from next door can look right in on you. 2. TV- the use of the TV was difficult and there were no real channels to watch 3. Downstairs bathroom shower door is just glass on glass, it needs protection or else it will break and cause an injury Thanks!

Nice but a few things
1. Cockroaches! Had 4 -5 and some were massive! 2. Broken doors that wouldn’t stay shut on second floor making it hot 3. Front door doesn’t have lock from inside. 4. Wi-Fi didn’t work for 4 days - can be a pro if you don’t have work to do 5. Great location!!! 6. A lot of space 7. The couch was yucky 8. Ocean reef was very attentive Can look past all but the cockroaches!

Good for the money
Very nice place im a great location. Check in was very easy. We did arrive early and was sent a text that we could go in early. Trash was located all along the side of the gouae from previous visitors. I called and someone came and picked up some of the trash. It smelt awful. And there was no where for us to be put our trsh for the weel bc prviois visitors did not put trash out to curb and container was full. 2nd someone called from ocean reef stating that they were sending someone to fix the door handle on 2nd floor bc door would not close. They never showed up the entire 6 days. The heat creeped in the entire stay on 2nd level. I emailed but no answer. 3rdly there was several roaches in the kitchen area. Big water bugs. It wasnt that big of a deal bc I understand we r close to water and trash outaide of the house. I would rent again but i was highly aggitated no one showed up to fix the door with how hot it is there. Overall we had a great stay and the location is amazing for the price. The pool was a big bonus.

This house was AMAZING!
Best house we’ve stayed in on VRBO. Super clean, luxurious home, more than enough towels and linens, more than enough room for our family of 6, across the street from the beach, close to great eats, what more could you ask for! Excellent home, will stay there again!
