Amazing, clean and spacious Riad located walking distance from the markets. Rachid and his team went to great lengths to make us feel at home. Our trip would not have been as enjoyable without them. You must stay here!

Riad Berenssi is one of the best places we have ever experienced. The accommodations themselves are extraordinary. The architecture is classically Moroccan, historical and beautiful. The dining area overlooks the pool and courtyard and the rooms are spacious. The rooftop patio has different seating areas and is a great place to unwind. You have use of the washer and dryer. The riad is within walking distance of Jemaa el Fna Square and many restaurants and shopping and tour operators were willing to pick us up within a 3 minute walk of the riad. But that is only part of the experience. Rachida is the personal chef who lives there and her cooking is exquisite. Breakfast is included and lunch and/or dinner can be added for a nominal price of 15Euros per person. We ate dinner there the first night and decided to do another dinner because the food was so delicious. She is very accommodating and can avoid anything you don't like or can't eat. Private massages and hammers within the riad are also offered for a small price that can be scheduled at your convenience. All 4 of us ended up getting a hammam and we each had 2 massages during our stay. With all of that said, the best part of our experience was how welcoming and accommodating the host, Rachid, was. Almost nothing was off the table and in addition to offering to assist us in getting a local walking tour and reasonable prices on souvenirs, he even offered us his assistance in getting the broken zipper on our luggage repaired. The hospitality we experienced was nothing short of 5 stars and we felt like we were treated like royalty. We did not want to leave and would love to stay there again.

Un séjour parfait !

Le Riad est situé à environ 20 minutes de la Place Djema Efna. Les photo reflètent bien le cadre agréable avec piscine intérieure, terrasse ensoleillée, chambres confortables, très propres. Ce que l'annonce ne dit pas c'est la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Rachid le maître des lieux. Accueil chaleureux de sa part mais également de Bouchra, Rachida, Fati, les fées de ce logis. Elles font l'entretien mais aussi des prouesses culinaires. Nous étions 10 et avons pris au moins un repas par jour au Riad. A chaque repas ce fut un régal des papilles, depuis le petit déjeuner copieux varié et tous les repas dont le réveillon succulents raffinés. Difficile de faire mieux. Comparativement nos repas pris ailleurs ont été souvent décevants. J'ajouterai gentillesse, attention, humour, un lieu idéal pour le groupe d'amis que nous sommes. Je conseille ce Riad auquel notre groupe mettrait 4 étoiles !

Très beau Riad

Très beau Riad à 20 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el fna. Rachid est très sympathique et présent tout au long du séjour pour ces hôtes. Il sera vous aider dans vos excursions et autres demandes. La piscine est un plus. Elle est très appréciable, surtout après une bonne journée à marcher dans les rues de Marrakech.

The word “NO” doesn’t exist in their vocabulary.

Being a travel agent and staying in world renowned accomodation everywhere I was quite apprehensive about staying in a Riad but we wanted a true Moroccan experience and we feel we couldn’t have made a better choice.. Had the most amazing time and everyone spoilt us so much. From the initial communication with Nadia and then Emma , Toria & her daughter Manal.. we were treated like royalty and Toria made the most amazing food. The breakfast every morning was heavenly and we asked her to cook for us quite a few times. Tagine, cous cous , hareera .. everything was made to perfection.. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will really miss Marrakech and the kind hospitality.
