This is a one bedroom that sleeps up to 4 people (queen size bed and an air mattress), one bathroom, one half of a duplex, with a yard. Minutes away from the most amazing beaches in the US. Close to restaurants, and walking trails. If you need additional space, feel free to rent both sides of this unique duplex. You will have a back yard with a grill and sitting area, to enjoy the evenings. Come and experience the area of Englewood Florida.

Amazing stay at an amazing place

Will definitely stay again! Super clean. I even accidentally locked myself out and the owner came over without any issue and let us back in within an hour. Amazing service.

Affordable getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our time here. Convenient location with a clean, updated, spacious living area. No laundry, but we knew that before we rented.

We are kitchen designers by trade and remodeled this property as a vacation rental. The interior is basically all new. We are the type of owner that are hands on.
