Superb villa for a great family vacation, this lovely villa is located on the popular resort Solterra, which has fabulous amenities, a large resort pool, clubhouse, cabanas, fitness center, water slide , lazy river and tennis courts.
Nicely decorated villa with 5 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. There is a private pool and spa which can be heated in the cooler months. The trendy games room has a pool table, air hockey table, dart board and computer games.
Located near Championsgate where there are lots of restaurants and stores. Disney is only a 15 minute drive and Interstate 4 is only 5 minutes away.

Davenport area

Location/location/location- Traffic/traffic/traffic Hwy4 is a constant traffic jam. Ugh. House design is good, except 2nd master doesn’t really have a clothes closet. Kitchen large and plenty of storage area. House wasn’t very clean when we arrived, seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for awhile. Very dusty. Furniture is worn out, some chairs not stable enough to use for adults. Property managers were very responsive when we had a problem with the pool heater.
