Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort is the perfect place to start your Vancouver Island vacation. Located just 37 km north of Nanaimo, this Vancouver Island Resort is situated in a spectacular natural setting, surrounded by park-like scenery and just a short stroll to the ocean down a beautiful beach path.

Condo 421 has two self contained, one bedroom condos (Alternate, larger single unit Vrbo Listing 2244721) that have a common entrances. The condo can be rented as one large unit with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (Whole Unit- Vrbo Listing 2070943).

This property listing is for Unit B side of the condo which is 504 sq ft and has a small kitchen which includes a Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, pots and pans that are accompanied with induction heaters if you would like to cook a nice meal. The deck also has a small electric BBQ. The B side is perfect for 2 adults and one child but if your group is larger please look at the A side VRBO 2244721 as a better alternative since it has a full kitchen and much more room.

The condo has a stylish sofa bed for those unexpected guests. All linen and towels are included and the entry of the condo contains a full sized LG front loading laundry pair. Beach towels and children's toys as well as a selection of movies are located on both sides.

The community of Parksville hosts a wide range of recreational and cultural events annually and is central to a variety of golf courses. Parksville vacation

Loved the condo! Nice end suite, quite private! Enjoyed the hottub as well. The beach access was to a rocky beach, but you can trek a little bit down the other resort beside it to get to the sandy beach. Overall was really nice!

Property was great but communication with the host Peggy was not good. Arrived and never received instructions on how to get in the door until multiple calls emails and text messages. Internet was down for the first day and shower stopped working. Internet and shower finally fixed. The unit was perfect for what we needed clean and the location was nice
