About this property

Waterfront home with brand new dock and boat lift, 3 minute walk to secluded beach with the MOST amazing, pastel-sky sunsets (stocked wagon provided). Super cute 3 bed, 3 bath home with bonus room (2 futons, TV & games), indoor laundry room, inviting living spaces, comfy patio area with outdoor grill and canal views, single car garage and more parking. Children and well trained Non-Shedding Dogs welcome. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. No Cats, sorry. Other amenities include A/C, internet & Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, dishwasher, wine fridge, fire pit, stocked beach cart, many games, beach gear, etc. Use of boat lift will be available for a $600 additional monthly fee. Separate agreement required for use of boat lift. Longboat Key homes may only rent a minimum of 1 month. We ask that renters abide by this and check in and out on Saturday only, but occasionally we can be flexible with this rule.

Lovely home

We loved our stay at LBK Select. It was our first time in the area and Marisa was an excellent host. Beach is beautiful and the home and yard were so comfortable. I would recommend!

Exceeded Expectations

We consistently visit LBK at least once a year, and this home, by far, provided the best and most comfortable experience. The home is well equipped, kitchen is fully supplied along with an outdoor grill, and overall just very comfortable. The landscaping is lush and private, and being a boater, the dock and boat lift were a great asset. Marisa is on top of things if anything is needed during your stay and wonderful to work with. This home provides a really central location to restaurants, stores, etc...to LBK & Anna Maria Island.

Amazing, relaxing getaway!

My family and I came down to Longboat Key for the month as a relaxing, peaceful getaway. This was the right choice! The house was so homey it felt we transported our house up north down to beautiful and sunny FL. The house was more spacious than we thought and it was full of appliances needed for a long term stay. The hosts were also so friendly/quick to respond when we had any questions. I would suggest this place to everyone and anyone!

Longboat Key Beauty

What an amazing space! Comfortable, clean and beautifully put together. This property is NOT put together with haphazard items like many rentals. I love the close proximity to the beach and beautiful neighborhood to walk in. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful!

We stayed two months in this’ll beautiful, recently renovated home. It’s in a fantastic location on a canal (new boat lift!) just a brief 3–4 minute walk across Gulf of Mexico Drive to a gorgeous powdered sugar white sand beach! Short drives to Publix, St. Armands Circle, Sarasota or Bradenton Beach/Anna Maria. The owners were very nice, and very responsive. If we weren’t buying on the island we’d stay here again! Thanks again, Marisa!

We have always been beach people. My husband has always owned a boat and we raised our babies (now teens) living on the water in Tampa. We moved off the water a few years ago and it has been a TOUGH adjustment. We spotted this adorable little house for sale on LBK and just HAD to have it. We would love to share it with you (and NEED to share it ;) )! We hope you enjoy it as much as we have in the short time we've had it. Most of our time there has been work weekends but we're looking forward to making many great memories in the years to come.

Why they chose this property

It's just perfect for us-- very casual and cozy and, in our opinion, the PERFECT location. So close to the beach and so close to our favorite sandbar (Jewfish Key) by boat. Also close to Broadway St which has our 3 favorite restaurants; Whitneys, Shore, and Mar Vista. In the other direction are our other favorites: Harry's, Euphemia Haye and Maison Blanche if you prefer finer dining. Also about a 15 minute drive north to Anna Maria Island and 15 minutes south to St Armands Circle. And we just love LBK in general because it's so peaceful.
