Stone House

We were very pleased with The Stone House. Everything stated about the house was true and we enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful guiding me with the WiFi when I was having difficulty connecting. He kept helping until the problem was solved. Thank you!

We are reaching retirement and for years have been looking for that special vacation place that was not too far from home. We found it in Grand Rivers. This town is so much fun. It is not far from Nashville so we can easily pop up when it is not rented to enjoy. Our kids love it as well.

Why they chose this property

We loved the layout of the property. It has separation so that the younger folks can hang out upstairs and we "older folks" can be downstairs so we can go to bed early. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. We love the general feel of the home and we have nick-named it "Our Happy Place".

What makes this property unique

Close to Grand Rivers. Close to LBL. Lots of water activities close by. Great restaurants in the area. Super nice antique stores in Benton! Lots of boating, swimming, and we love taking our side by side to Turkey Bay in LBL. Nice restaurants and of course Miss Pattys Settlement is a fun place to visit and has a nice putt-putt golf course.
