Note that towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. End cleaning has to be done by the guests.
Parking is available at location (some charges may be applied). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 1 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 25€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
