INTERIOR
The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area where about ten families live. The road serving this residential area is a private dead-end street, secured at the entrance by a metal gate.
The entrance is facing the sea with a nice living room and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony overlooking the bay of Fautea.
Bedroom 1 - independent: a bedroom with double bed and shower room, pool view.
Bedroom 2 - independent: one bedroom with double bed and shower room, pool view.

On the first floor:
Room 3: a room with double bed and bathroom with terrace and sea view.
Room 4 : a room with two single beds and shower room and sea view.
Room 5: a room with double bed and shower room and garden view.
Each room is air-conditioned with private shower room and toilet.
From the villa, you can reach the beach in less than 5 minutes, by taking the new path along the hill, - the beach restaurant, of excellent reputation, proposes a succulent gastronomic menu.

EXTERIOR
The villa overlooks the entire bay of Fautea and the view of the sea and the Genoese tower is breathtaking.
A jacuzzi (water renewed with each arrival) and a heated and secured swimming pool with shutter are available to relax while enjoying the view. (sunbeds are also available)
A dining area with barbecue is located on the balcony.

Lage einfach TOP !!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Zu erwähnen ist, dass ab Oktober Saisonende ist. Positiv man hat den Strand für sich alleine, negativ viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind bereits geschlossen.

Très belle villa

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette villa avec vue magnifique. Les chambres sont très agréables et son extérieur est parfait pour se détendre et profiter du cadre. L’ajout d’une porte de douche pour la douche commune au rdc éviterait de mettre de l’eau partout dans la salle de douche.

Très bien située, à proximité de sites magnifiques... nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée, le jacuzzi ainsi que la terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer! parfait nous reviendrons...
