This studio is a gem with the view of downtown right in your window. First things first, this neighborhood has such a positive vibe with amazing people. The area is trendy, friendly and popular. You will be near walkable bars, local eateries, clubs, pool halls, grocery stores and amazing restaurants. Due to the studio apt being downtown there is ONLY street parking and parking across the street when school is NOT in session (please read street signs)You're able to park in the 4 plex driveway while unloading.
