About this property

Dream garden, pool, 5 km to ☀ Es Trenc beach, sea view! Wi-Fi + heated

This beautiful rustic, yet modern, natural stone finca is situated in an idyllic and rural location in the south of Majorca.
The old finca was completely renovated in 2013 (with central heating) and has 1 bedroom, 1 very nice bright bathroom, a living area with open kitchen and stove. The salon has another bed for a third person.
There are two verandas / porches with about 50m² and 20m² area. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the hills; in the distance you can see the sea and the island of Cabrera. The natural garden with many fig and olive trees is a dream! There are also palm trees, grapevines, pomegranate trees, etc.
On the approximately 6.000m² large plot there is a small pool (5 x 3m) with a sundeck, which, as well as the entire property, is for sole use for the guests; you are completely undisturbed there!
On the large covered terrace there is a very nice large dining table, an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue.
After Ses Salines, there are only about 2 km. There are nice restaurants, supermarket and a good baker.

Garten Eden
Diese Finca liegt wirklich an einem ganz besonderen Platz. Es ist wunderbar idyllisch, die Voegel zwitschern und es ist Natur pur. Das Haus ist gemuetlich und die Kueche auch fuer Profikoeche ideal. Auf der grosszuegigen Terrasse haben wir Stunden verbracht. Eigentlich will man hier gar nicht mehr weg. Peter unsere Gastgeber hat sich ruehrend um uns gekuemmert. Er hat uns sogar eine Massage auf der Finca organisiert, die wir sehr genossen haben. Es kann wirklich nicht besser sein. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.
