Lovely 30.75m² studio composed of: - An entrance with cupboards. - A separate toilet. - A bathroom with bathtub. - A large living room with a double wardrobe bed and a sofa bed. - A fitted/equipped kitchen area. Equipment: Washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, hob. The accommodation also has a charming balcony with side sea view (ideal for having breakfasts or aperitifs!) and a private parking space in the basement. You're sure to fall in love with this accommodation with its tasteful contemporary decoration and quality services. Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 per set depending on the dimensions of the bedding. Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided. Animals are not allowed. Cleaning fees are included in the room rate. Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account). The payment of your tourist tax will also need to be regularized. L’appartement est juste à côté de l’esplanade c’est vraiment super car pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller se promener au bord de mer et ça c’est un luxe , j’ai adoré mes vacances 👍

Très bien !

Studio bien exposé, rue calme, parking privé appréciable, plage à deux pas, esplanade à 2 minutes à pieds. Très bien agencé et pratique ! Belle décoration, tout le nécessaire comme à la maison, balcon très bien pour admirer la mer. Le seul petit défaut : pas beaucoup de réseau téléphonique.
