Wonderful neighbourhood, but.....
Cute, but very tiny apartment. it is only about 45 sq feet. No door on bathroom.
The apartment itself was clean, but the building common areas were dirty and dusty with lots of construction materials.
We had some challenges with the wi-fi. Initially the host had provided the wrong network and password. But then it stopped working. The host still hadn't responded to us after 36 hours of no wi-fi.
The power went out and the toilet started leaking, and the host did not respond to my messages for 4 hours. In the meantime we had soaked through all 4 of our bath towels, 2 bathmats, and two tea towels trying to clean up the water. Water continued to pool on the floors and we advised the host we had no more towels to clean up the puddles.
They sent an electrician the next day (18 hours after we intially contacted them). He replaced part of the circuit breaker panel and brought 2 new towels (which I used to clean up the additional water that had accumulated on the floor. (Apparently the toilet and shower require power in order to drain the water, so we had no power or functionning toilet for 18 hours). While they offered to put us up at hostel across the street for the night, we chose to stay as it was already late.
Things happen, but my biggest concern with this place was the slow response by the hosts for the ongoing problems. Fortunately for the last couple of days of our stay we had power, a working toilet and wifi, and we found a laundromat so we could wash some towels.
