With its large living area, you can easily and comfortably share meals as well as moments with family and friends in this villa. The spacious living room has two comfortable sofas facing the fireplace and a large table for up to 10 people to enjoy lunch.

The villa is on two floors and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor, forming a master suite, and there is also a relaxation area.
The advantage of this villa is its 5th bedroom and 4th bathroom accessible from the outside, making this space totally independent, ideal for more tranquillity.

Located in the village of La Vigne, you can easily access its dynamic and family beach as well as its Port on foot or by bike. You will also have all the amenities close to the Cabane de la Vigne to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
You will also find yourself less than 10 minutes by bike from the charming village of L'Herbe and its oyster farming village.

The cost of the stay includes the provision of household linen and cleaning for stays of up to one week. For any additional week, the sum of €470 will be added to the cost of the stay and will include the weekly change of household linen and cleaning .

A deposit of €3,000 is required, in the form of a cheque handed in on the day of arrival, or a bank transfer received no later than the day before arrival.

Villa comme dans le film "Les petits mouchoirs"...mais en mieux!

Splendide villa au pur style "cabane du Cap ferret" (en bois du sol au plafond). Nous avons apprécié les grandes portes-fenêtres qui donnent sur une immense terrasse en bois, une piscine et une cuisine d'été au milieu des pins. Tout cet ensemble nous donnait l'impression de vivre continuellement dehors, même dedans. Nous étions 7 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge, et avons pu à la fois profiter de bons moments tous ensemble, et nous isoler. Toute la famille a adoré !
