You'll have fun playing together on the Wii set up for guest use, as well as the darts, board games, and private pool table. This vacation rental also includes a comfortable living area with a large sectional sofa, a flatscreen TV, and a warming gas fireplace. Outside, the large deck offers multiple seating areas, a fire pit table, and expansive forest views. This home provides a lot of essential baby and toddler gear, such as a changing table, bath, bassinet, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby monitor, wipe warmer, toddler bed, and lots of toys.

Close to the beaches of big blue Lake Tahoe, as well as the downhill ski runs of Heavenly Mountain Resort, this home is convenient to all the best that Lake Tahoe has to offer. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
