Mesquite Country Club is one of the most favorable locations in Palm Springs. Very clean, very desirably located. The condo features two patios. The main patio stretches the width of the unit, and has pool and mountain views. The second patio is off the second bedroom backing onto the kitchen and features mountain views

Mesquite Country Club is located 5 minutes away from the airport and downtown Palm Springs. it features tennis courts, swimming pools, beautiful walking/biking trails and more, and recently abuts a new nature preserve where the golf course was. The landscaping is perfectly manicured and consistently maintained.

Great kitchen, good rental for a couple

This bottom floor unit is well located near the defunct golf course walking paths and main entrance. It is clean and quiet and comfortable. The photos as of 3/24 are old and some of the décor has changed (former floor rugs now hug on walls, added furniture). Pros: completely renovated kitchen which is well stocked with nice sets of dishes, cookware and pots and pans. Even a few spices and food items from previous guests. Comfortable beds; plenty of towels, newer washer and drier. Next to the pool. Cons: Dark unit if you like sunlight. Second bedroom closet has become storage for excess furniture and home furnishings so it’s unusable and bedroom would be better for children who would not need closet space. Older BBQ with broken igniter so must use butane lighter. Frustrating patio door screen which must be handled carefully or it will fall off. Some spots on carpets. Despite these points, we would definitely rent this unit again because the well-equipped kitchen, a good bed and a quiet unit are the things in a rental which are important to us.

Sunny skies!

The condo is quite spacious although a little dated. Just steps from the pool and hot tub. Although right next to the gate to enter the property the traffic did not bother us at all. Location is very close to the airport and convenient to downtown Palm Springs. It is located on a decommissioned golf course which allows long walks which we loved. All in all we enjoyed our stay! I will say that the carpet could have been cleaner and the kitchen was a bit disorganized. It could also use a couple of new skillets😊.
