This newly built villa is furnished to a very high standard and is situated in a peaceful area, with its own private swimming pool and large garden plot with BBQ area with seating area. It has stunning mountain views and being close to the river it is a pleasurable 10 minute riverside level stroll to the lively Dalyan centre which has a good selection of restaurants and bars, and a beautiful harbour offering an array of trips.The villa was completed early 2013 and is located in a desirable area. WI-FI, safety deposit box and alarm system. Bicycles are available for guest use. Weekly cleaning service is provided. Welcome pack is provided. Nearest restaurant and Bar 2 minutes away.
