Twin Palms (NORTH Villa) is an ocean front duplex. Fully renovated in 2023 and updated in modern taste with an open floor plan, it boasts a well-equipped kitchen, comfortably furnished living & dining area, and a beachfront covered deck.

It is in a quiet, family friendly area of Cherry Grove with easy access to wonderful local restaurants and activities.

There is an ocean view from almost every window, and the covered porch off of the main floor offers a beautiful view of the ocean for sunrise, daytime, and sunset. Perfect for sipping coffee, an adult beverage, or working remote.

The three upstairs bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom, while the main floor bedroom shares a bathroom entrance with the living space.

Soundproofing between units is impeccable, so you don't even have to worry about hearing your neighbors!

Downstairs on the ground level, you have ample outdoor space for storing your beach gear, eating at the picnic table, grilling, or playing games. This is a non-smoking vacation accommodation and motorcycles are not permitted.

Spring college softball family trip

4 sets of parents shared this villa for the week. There is ample amount of space that we weren’t always on top of each other. Having a bathroom for each family was awesome! A 1 minute walk to the sandy beach was the best part. Sunrises were gorgeous. Couldn’t have asked for a better set up. Hoping our team returns next year as we’ll definitely rent this again.

Thanksgiving family get together

Had a great time. Plenty of room for 12 of us. Given it was thanksgiving we needed lots of cooking and serving dishes and table space. We prepared by taking a few of these essentials from home. They never left the car. This kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for our traditional thanksgiving feast.

Twin Palms is located in in a quiet, family friendly area of Cherry Grove with easy access to wonderful local restaurants and activities. The beach is wide in this area and you're NEVER on top of another group. At times, there are fun tidal pools to play in during low tide.

What makes this property unique

Fully renovated in spring of 2023, the owners updated almost every surface for a brand new simple, modern flair. The bold blue exterior paint makes it easy to find on your walk back from the pier. Sunrise and sunset are our favorite times of day!
