Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: living room with pellet stove (1 bag provided), beautiful fitted kitchen, climbing 2 steps you access the bathroom (bath) and separate toilet (with washbasin ). 1st Floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) 1 bedroom (2 bunk beds), bathroom (shower and wc). 2nd Floor: 1 large bedroom on the mezzanine with (1 160x200 bed) and lounge area (TV). Landscaped grounds to the rear of 400 m², terrace of 30 m². Cellar with washing machine and possibility of storing bicycles and beach equipment. Possibility to park in front of the house and there is free public parking 50 m away. Between Lamballe and Dinan, put your suitcases down at Gîte les Coquelicots in Pleven. This village house (1 grocery store) has just had a nice renovation. The owners have invested a lot in making it comfortable, warm and welcoming: you will be surprised by its beautiful volumes, its exposed beams and its stone walls which give it a unique style! The advantage of this gîte: its pretty, well-sheltered terrace at the back, communicating with the garden. You will even have a cellar (washing machine) where you can store bicycles and beach equipment. Close to the Emerald Coast, you will reach the beaches of St Jacut de la Mer and the beautiful resort of St Cast le Guildo, with its superb marina, 20 km away. If you prefer the city, 2 must-sees, Lamballe at 17.5 km, appreciated for its pretty historic center, its national stud farm and Dinan, a pretty town of character, with its castle, its museum, its marina at 24 km.
