Beautiful Home located in the historic Fondren district, in a extremely quiet area. This home is cozy, very clean and updated with all needed amenities for a short or long term stay. Outdoor facility with covered Bar and patio area for entertaining, as well as firepit and Grill. Very easy to get to from I-55 and close access to downtown Jackson as well as UMMC, Baptist and St. Dominics. You are also close to iconic, unique restaurants in the metro area. Enjoy your stay!

Ok for what we needed! Really needs a bit of TLC and it could be great! Needs a lot of cleanup for curb appeal to match picture. Driveway is not good and road are in need of repair in area! We enjoyed the backyard patio but again really needs cleaned up!

Disappointed would never recommend

Upon arrival the curb appeal was very poor the home was unkept while standing on the property attempting to enter the home you are meet with a strong smell of mildew or mold.We were unable to enter the home with the code because it failed to open fortunately we located the key to the lock . We were able to enter the premises and the smell of mold did not dissipate. I attempted to air out the home but the windows did not have any screens and the door screen on the back door was pushed out from the door and the spline was hanging leaving a gaping holes. The bedding was stained and torn. I washed the bedding that night only to my dismay to find out that the dryer was not properly heating it took several hours to dry the bedding . Our party did not get to bed until late that night. The linen especially the towel were of such poor quality they were not absorbent. The advertisement states the home can accommodate eight individuals . However the utilities for the kitchen clearly would not accommodate eight I counted seven forks and maybe 6 drinking classes and that is being generous. The house is infested with ants I left a bag of nuts on my bedside tables and in the morning the bag was full of ants. One of our guests had a baby bag and the ants found their way into the baby’s food. The ants were in kitchen in the living room bedroom in the washroom. The backyard was the sole reason I chose the rental however the space had clearly not been maintained this season. There was debris from the yard everywhere on the furniture. The grill was rusted and full of spiders. The area was infested with carpenter bees. The picture shows a hammock in nice condition yet the actual hammock is shredded in pieces and unusable ithe entire back yard space is unusable. I was really disappointed and would not recommend this rental to anyone unless and until the owner makes a lot of improvements .

Our go to House when visiting Mississippi!!!

This home is an overall 10 out of 10!! Neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. Comfy and spacious, this will be our go to whenever we visit Mississippi! Thank you Keith for accommodating us. This felt like home.
