Paradise Cove--Waterfront Ground Floor Corner Condo on Key Allegro

Spectacular views right from your huge ground floor deck. Boat dock right there. Dock for sunsets and fishing within a few feet. Grassy lawn. It's all about location and this is the best of the best. This updated corner condo is in the prestigious Key Allegro community of Rockport. All on one level and in the prime location for these condos. You will be able to look out on the water from every window. The canal is right behind you, and just across the street is Little Bay. This condo is ideally situated for a relaxing time.

Start with coffee in the morning on the new deck as you watch the boats head out to fish. The birds are calling you and the water is shimmering. What a great way to start the day.

Or go fish! Less than ten steps from your back deck you can park your boat, ready for that early morning trek into some of the best fishing along the Texas Coast. Call me and I'll tell you where they were last week. And in the evening when you return, the fresh water washdown and the fish cleaning stand is right there. You'll be cooking fish in no time on the grill that is there for you.

Inside, there is ample room for your crew. There is a king bed in the master bedroom that opens onto the deck and looks out over the water. Or watch TV on the flat screen wall mounted TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The second bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds for your older children, and yes there is a TV in there as well, but who's counting?

The kitchen was recently enlarged and boasts one of the largest kitchens in the complex, with granite counter tops, beaded board cabinets, and a big pantry. The large farmer style sink really helps with managing a large dinner party and the adjacent eating bar gives you additional seating for guests. Everything you need to cook a feast is there. It's stocked like your kitchen back home, not what you would expect in a typical vacation home. Our guests are always amazed at how convenient it all is. And we add more as we go. The wetbar/coffee bar is in the living area so you can keep your adult beverages in place while you prepare that big meal.

There are granite vanity tops in both bathrooms. The condo features new simulated wood plank flooring throughout, with area rugs. All new paint and new colors bring the living space to life!

The swimming pool area has been updated as well. Feel free to use the pool floats in the closet when you go.

It's hard to pick my favorite place in the condo, so I go outside. The new deck is the place!! The huge deck overlooking the canal and out onto Little Bay is a perfect place to relax at sunset--my favorite time of day. But the morning coffee on the deck is quite nice too. There's a grass yard next to you for extra seating or lawn games, and the dock and pier just below you have been rebuilt. This is the place you will want to come back to, again and again. Rockport is back, and so are we.
