With bright exterior colors and an elegantly decorated interior, Sea Style is the perfect getaway for a family vacation. This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home has space for any group to enjoy both the luxury and fun Oak Island has to offer.

Sea Style allows you to stick your feet in the water no matter your preference. Step out onto the side deck to take a dip in the pool (heated upon request) or to soak up the sun. If you are wanting to enjoy the beach instead, it is just a short stroll down the street (0.2 miles) to the public beach access. Once you are done, rinse off in the hot and cold-water outdoor shower downstairs.

Close out the day by whipping up a delicious meal in the kitchen accented with white cabinets and countertops along with stainless steel appliances or grill some steaks using the charcoal grill below the home. Once your meal is prepared, gather around the table large enough to seat 10 guests to enjoy food and fellowship.

Sea Style provides plenty of space for everyone, including the kids, with two living areas including six flat screen smart TVs throughout the home.

With two rooms equipped with a king-sized bed, another room with a queen and a kids' suite with a bunk bed and a double, this beach getaway supplies comfortable quarters for all.

Nestled in the quiet oak trees of the island, Sea Style is a relaxing getaway while placing itself right near shopping and dining to be enjoyed by all.

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

First trip to Oak Island soured by this rental

There is not enough room to address all of our concerns about this property so here is some of it. There is more to this story. Our family was not satisfied with the level of customer service and accommodation offered by Sea Style, Oak Island Accommodations (OIA), and the property owner. We have stayed at many VRBOs and have never had an experience like this. This was the most expensive rental we have booked so there were some reasonable expectations from the start for the price we paid. Much cheaper VRBOs have been cleaner and more accommodating. OIA is a horrible host. The first issue is finger-pointing. Instead of taking full accountability, I was told that the property owner was to blame for some of the issues. OIA even gave my phone number to the property owner but I didn't get any communication from them. OIA would make promises or plans to fix issues but never follow up on them. They wouldn’t call back or anything. Subsequent people we spoke to weren't aware of the issues and even had some of our concerns wrongly documented. The maintenance guy who did something to address the leaking bathroom vent (and finally brought a replacement microwave after 3 days of promises from OIA) left after he was done. Never said a word to us and we were there when he was. No idea what was done. This was my first trip to Oak Island and the experience at Sea Style has left me not wanting to come back. If I ever do, I will make it a point to find a property that is not managed by OIA.

Four and a half stars experience, should have. Even a solid five

The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The amenities were definitely between 4 and 5 star. The only issues that we found a bit annoying was the fact that upon arrival, we swept up quite a bit of dead roaches. Two of the first level baths had shower curtains with black mold. We ended up having to wash them. Someone should check the cleaning crew. The fireplace was also not operable. It was a bit frustrating, but we know that all can’t be perfect so we told the maintenance guy to not worry about it until after we were to leave. All in all, we would stay again.

Perfect House

This is the best beach house we have stayed in. The decor is absolutely perfect! The only room for improvement is the property management company (poor towels, not friendly, no TP in the house when we arrived). Highly recommend this property!

Oak Island NC is awesome!

We have never visited Oak Island and we were not disappointed! The house SeaStyle was perfect and the beach was fabulous! We will definitely visit again soon.

Overall it was amazing, great location, pool was great house is amazing, only little issue was garbage cans were over flowing when we got there, but they handled it very quickly and was cleaned next day, there was a takeout bag in the garbage in kitchen, and one of the bathrooms had hair( like someone cut or touched up) but other then minor issues we didn't let those effect our stay house is amazing pretty easy couple min walk to beach or even better rent a golf cart (saved time easy to carry things and its fun ;) ) thank you
