Welcome to my home !

A few steps from the Palais des Festivals and the magnificent beaches of Cannes, my apartment is located in the heart of the city center near shops and restaurants, and is located on the third floor of a quiet building.

Composed of a large bedroom with two single beds grouped together with hotel quality sheets. In the living room you will find a comfortable double sofa bed as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the tools needed to prepare a satisfying meal. A beautiful bathroom completes this property with walk-in shower, hair dryer and towel dryer.

Clean towels and toiletries are provided free of charge for your comfort. My home is also professionally cleaned and sanitized by a third party specialist who will come and tidy my home prior to your arrival.

From a modest fishing village to a world-famous seaside and cultural town, Cannes is a setting of golden sand, with a dream bay bordered by the Lérins Islands, an ideal setting, whether you come for business or leisure. This accommodation is located in the heart of Cannes, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the famous Boulevard de la Croisette! On the practical side, the tourist office, mini-markets and many banks are a few steps from the apartment.

Thanks to the excellent location of the apartment, you can walk to all the best places in Cannes. However, if you wish to go further, Cannes train station is also only 2 minutes walk away and, if you prefer, taxis and private hire cars are always available.

Please note that arrivals after 11 p.m. and departures before 7 a.m. will be charged €15 (to be paid directly to your receptionist). Check-ins after midnight (00:00) are subject to confirmation. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (eg smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of €300, minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
