The Amour apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Rennes, near the Parliament of Brittany, the Place de la Mairie and the Opera, and on the city's most popular shopping street. Its location is perfect for enjoying the city center and its surroundings, thanks to its immediate proximity to stores, the metro and buses.
With a surface area of 52m² and renovated at the end of 2021, this is a warm, hyper-centric urban apartment with a courtyard-side bedroom that lets you enjoy the peace and quiet. With its double bed and sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

The layout is as follows
- living room with double sofa bed, TV and cupboard
- a bathroom with hairdryer, towel dryer and rain shower
- a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine...)
- from this kitchen, a long corridor leads to a small, hidden TV room, then to a
- a courtyard bedroom with a 140cm-wide bed and dressing room

The metro and bus routes are less than 5 minutes' walk away. The street is pedestrian-only, but the Lices parking lot is a 5/10-minute walk from the apartment.
