About this property

Adorable cottage located in beautiful historic Hampton Falls NH. This property is located just off interstate 95 and two miles from Hampton Beach. Only a 45 minute commute to Boston MA/Manchester NH/Portland ME.

The cottage has been recently updated. Brand new kitchen and appliances. New bathroom, floors, paint and light fixtures. It's fully equipped with furniture, bedding, towels, basic kitchen needs. You have access to the grill on the patio. The property is on an acre of land. You will hear some run off noise from route one in the main house, but it's not as concerning in the back cottage.

The parking lot is shared with the homeowners. The cottage has assigned parking. You must love dogs. There are two larger dogs on the property. Very friendly and love meeting new friends. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. No parties. 4 people maximum.

It is a one bedroom cottage that sleeps 2 in the master bedroom equipped with a full size bed. Off the Living-room space has a daybed that pulls out to two singles or a king size bed.

The cottage has a 2 night min. stay. In your welcome packet you will be supplied with bottled water, coffee, tea and a few snacks. There will a list of local entertainment, restaurants, bars and shopping. We hope you enjoy your time here!

Family with Kids

Check in was seamless with the instructions provided by the host. The host was very responsive and even reached out to provide additional instructions since it was raining quite hard when we arrived. We have 2 little ones and I appreciated how clean everything was since our youngest is still crawling. Nice experience.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed out stay! Very centrally located. 10 to 15 min drive to Hampton and Salisbury Beaches. 1 hr to Boston. Very busy road so traffic noise can be distracting for light sleepers in main room.

A Great New England Basecamp

We spent almost a week exploring New England using this property as basecamp. It’s very clean, well stocked, and communication with the owners (and their great dogs) was excellent.Other than some occasional street noise it was quiet at night

Super Cute Little Cottage!

Cullen's Cottage was perfect for our needs! Comfortable, clean and close to everything we needed! A little bonus is that all of the towns we needed to visit were 10 minutes down sweet country lanes. Orchards and the beach are close by too. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a separate seating area to watch movies. We loved the little patio out back and all the fireflies. Definitely bring bug spray! My husband got eaten alive! We will defintely be back in the area next summer and we will absolutely consider staying here again!
