A large room with double bed and sofa bed for one person, an equipped kitchen, shower room with WC and washbasin, reception 24/24 and 7/7 with laundry room, washing machine/dryer without extra fee. Ok pour dormir mais le fait de ne pas avoir de fenêtre nous a dérangé plus que nous ne le pensions! À ne pas refaire! Nous n’avions pas hâte d’y retourner le soir et hâte de quitter le matin! La climatisation est très bruyante. L’hôte répond rapidement mais n’est pas avenant comme nos autres super hôtes. Les réponses sont brèves. Nous devions poser des questions. La veille, nous avons les indications tard et à notre demande. De plus, nous n’avions pas le code de la porte, ce qui nous a forcé à attendre dans le hall. Des draps et serviettes ont encombrés la laveuse et la sécheuse durant tout notre séjour.

Great studio apartment for a brief Paris stay

This is was a great studio apartment for our stay in Paris. There were just two of us. The bed was super comfy and everything was very clean. This is a ground floor apartment with no windows which didn't bother us. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking if we had wanted to. The street has a few shops and restaurants near by for anything you might need. The only downside of the neighborhood was the fact that the metro station is at the bottom of the hill. It is a long 6 minute walk up the hill with luggage, depending on how you come. James is a wonderful host and very responsive. He even allowed us to leave our luggage in the secure private lobby after check out as we had a late train to catch. I would recommend this location to others who are planning on being out seeing the sites most of the day and need a cozy place to hang their hat at night.

SO clean and SO comfortable

I'm a superhost and this was just perfect! VERY clean, comfortable and everything you need. Also, just a short walk to the tram and subway that takes you everywhere you want to go. SAFE place too! Can't go wrong. Was a little confused as it's actually two separate one-bedroom studios but right next to each other and it's perfect for privacy or not if you want to keep doors open. Thank you for a great place to stay while on vacation :)
