About this property

This corner unit has amazing views of the ocean and resort amenities from the living area, dining area and kitchen. The walls of glass also provide access to the wraparound balcony where you will enjoy all of the sights and sounds from the cozy Adirondack style seating. Seawatch is an awesome family friendly resort complete with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, an oceanfront restaurant, tiki bar, pizza place, and ice cream shop all managed by the friendly Seawatch staff.

This 3-bedroom unit has an open floorplan allowing guests to gather and enjoy extensive ocean views from the kitchen, living area and dining area. The large living area with plenty of seating including a large sectional sofa and recliner that were both added in 2023. There are two full bathrooms and TV's in the living area and in every bedroom.

Tile flooring has been installed throughout the unit and the kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, a stacked stone backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Additional updates in 2023 include new bedding and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

The master bedroom has king-size bed, a private bathroom and has ocean views and direct access to the wraparound balcony. The master bath has been updated with a custom shower with body sprays. Blackout drapes are perfect for sleeping in, however, you owe it to yourself to check out the breathtaking sunrise views at least once!

the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two full-size beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom, which was updated in 2023 with new paint, vanity and fixtures.

Seawatch 2023

The pictures online are nice, but they still don’t do justice for this property. The unit is gorgeous. Very clean. Updated. And the balcony is wow!!! The owners communicate with you and are very responsive. This is our very first time renting VRBO and I would 100% stay here again. And the Seawatch property itself is beautiful as well. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great Location and lots of amenities!

We had a great time staying in this unit and it was our first time at the Seawatch resort. The oceanfront views and wrap around balcony were wonderful. The resort has multiple pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs. The resort offers many activities and close to Kroger, Walmart, Barefoot Landing and the outlets. Brantley was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our check in and the day of check in. Plenty of parking is available at the resort. The unit was very clean, the beds were comfy, and plenty of room for 4 adults/3 kids. The king bedroom could use some new pillows and wish the resort offered community grills- but otherwise everything was great! We would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay here again!

Great views!

We enjoyed our stay at this Seawatch property! The check in process was very easy. We like staying in this area of Myrtle Beach and were pleased to find this property that was affordable and spacious enough for our family. It has great views of the pool area and the beach and easy access to both. We would definitely stay at this property again!!!

Thanksgiving Getaway

This condo is the perfect location beside the pool with ocean front views. Parking was easy in the parking deck and the room was so easy to get to. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and one four year old. The room, itself, was somewhat dated. The chairs were broken and the padding in the chairs and on the couch were flat The king size mattress in the master bedroom was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on...so much so, my husband moved to another bed in another room. The draperies were coming down in the living room and bedroom. I did like the flooring and bathrooms. Very easy to keep clean. There was no laundry or dishwashing detergent and we had to go out to buy some. The kitchen did have everything that was needed to cook. The terrific thing about this resort is that all of the pools and hot tubs were heated! The location of this condo was worth the money. We will stay here again.

We fell in love with this unit when we walked into the open plan and saw the extensive ocean views. Vacations is for sleeping in, but you owe it to yourself to check out the breathtaking vies of the sunrise from the wraparound balcony!
