Located on a large, beautifully landscaped lot, this well-thought-out and well-maintained estate offers something for your entire family. From the gated, private pool with a covered hot tub to the rec room with a foosball table, the homeowners have thought of everything to make your vacation a memorable one! This home is just a short stroll to the beach and offers fantastic views of The Atlantic from the crow's nest deck. Be the first to enjoy this lovely home and you'll want to come back year after year!

Ground Level: Features a rec room with a foosball table, a 32-inch TV, a wet bar with a mini fridge, and a sliding glass door to the pool area. You will also find a Futon sleeper in the rec room. There are two bedrooms on this floor, each with 2 Bunk Sets and a TV that share a full bathroom. Step outside and enjoy the private pool and a hot tub that sits under a covered deck.

Mid Level: This level is home to 4 bedrooms...a Queen primary with TV/DVD, another Queen primary with TV and deck access, and a bedroom with TV & deck access that shares a full bath with a room that has 2 Singles with TV/DVD and deck access.

Top Level: Offers an expansive, open great room with a 55-inch TV and a separate sitting area. Outside, thru a sliding glass door, you'll enjoy the views from the oceanside decks with crow's nest deck located on the southeast corner. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and dual dishwashers. There is a large dining table that seats 10 and seating for 7 more at the kitchen bar. Rounding out this level is a half bath just off the great room.

The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.

Great location and pool area

The location is great along with the set up of the house I’ve been coming to obx for many years and the pool area is one of the best Also like they have a lot of things at the house like a pump for inflatable rafts and other things Beds are not queens as listed but doubles and the carpet is a little worn but that is expected Overall a great experience

Great location, house needs updating

We loved the neighborhood and location. The bones of the house are really great, the layout and setup is ideal for 3 families. The house needs updates.... One queen bed had 2 posts/ legs missing and rocks were literally propping it up! The management company came to assess, but never returned to repair. A tile was loose in the kitchen near the top step causing a safety hazard, the management company came the next day to fix. Many of the closet doors were difficult to open or off the track. Management company did come to fix this. Other than that, 1 of the dishwasher's racks are in disrepair (usable but not in good shape), carpets were dirty, kitchen floor was dirty, spider webs in the corner of the walls and on light fixtures, and many more spider webs were all over the deck making for some folks to be uneasy with spending time there. The house has a lot of potential, but desperately needs a deep clean and some repairs/ updates.

Captains Fantasea

Loved the proximity to the beach. It was also close to Food Lion and Harris Teeter. Loved the setup of the house but we had a few issues especially with the kitchen. The freezer did not work and we called it in to Vacasa but no one ever came to look at it. And the 2nd dishwasher needs to be replaced because it’s all broken inside. Needs a good cleaning too!
