Ground Level: Offers a room with a Daybed and Trundle and a room with Duobunk and Trundle. These rooms share a full bath. The hot tub is located on the ground level patio.

Mid Level: Features 2 main bedrooms - each with whirlpool tub.

Top Level: Devoted totally to living area. This level features a great room with a fireplace and deck access, and a kitchen that separates the living area and dining area. There is also a half bath located on this level.

great location

Great location, great hot tub, great bikes, not the best equipped kitchen and bathrooms very dated, carpets stained, cleaners did not do a good job but after a visit to office they tried again. Overall it is the beach - and this condo is really all you need - just go out and enjoy.

Beach Vacation

Comfortable Bed, AC and TV worked well, and WiFi connection worked. Lots of bikes, beach chairs, etc., in the garage.

Lots to do

The resort village was perfect for everyone as there was plenty to do. Beach, gym, lap pool, tennis, biking, shopping... all perfect distance for teens to have some independence

Amazing Breach House

We absolutely loved every moment in this beach house. So many nice touches it was nicely decorated, spacious, easy walk to the beach. There were games and puzzles and movies and everything you can need. Bicycles, strollers, beach chairs, umbrellas everything you can think of was there. The hot tub was a nice 103 degrees and perfect. Highly, highly recommend this beach house ⛱
