Welcome to this charming 2-bedroom 2 bathroom home on Lake Melissa!
High ceilings and old charm in the new cabin. This home sits on a commons lot with beach access that is right across the street. The beachfront includes a private dock with an amazing sand beach (hard to find a better beach in the county). This home includes all the essentials, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, linens, etc. Backyard storage shed, to keep your bikes, or grab the chairs provided to sit at the beach all day. Tall shade trees and a nice large deck make this yard so inviting. All you will need to bring is your family/friends and your favorite food and drink. In the evenings cozy up to a nice fire off the back deck and enjoy the sounds of lakes country at its best. Lots of history in this area, with being so close to Hotel Shoreham.
Located close to Detroit Lakes Country Club and right down the road from Hotel Shoreham and Tj's Bistro on Lake Eunice.
Please note you can beach your boat on the shore during the day but must be removed at night. Access is close by.
