Appartement bien situé, proche centre ville, fonctionnel, bien équipé avec garage privé très pratique. Malheureusement, aucun accueil même si la propriétaire a été réactive à nos demandes et surtout aucune propreté (vaisselle collante, meubles de cuisine sales, odeurs d'humidité à l'arrivée, armoires surchargées d'effets personnels et pas rangées, rideaux sales, toiles d'araignées, allergènes (poussière, tapis vieillissants pas aspirés, coussins en plume) aspirateur pas vidé, filtre jamais nettoyé, nourriture dans les placards périmée)

Proche du centre-ville

Pour les moins , je dirais qu'il manque juste un peu de propreté sinon l'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé, le bâtiment est relativement calme , bien situé à 10 mm à pied du centre-ville
