The Mini Ranch within minutes of hiking, mountain bike and ATV trails.
The Mini Ranch was built in 1914 and originally included the properties directly south, now Nucla First Baptist Church, and west of the house. The Church parsonage was the watering hole for the horses and the house to the west was the field for the animals. The Mini Ranch has been updated and an addition added in 1997.

Why they chose this property
From the day we moved in across the street from the Mini Ranch we fell in love with it. As soon as it came up for sale we knew we wanted it.
