There's a fire pit, gas fireplace, split duct air conditioning, laundry, and two fridges. Well, three fridges really if you count the mini-fridge in one of the bedrooms.

You'll enjoy the evenings fully as the back porch with lounge seating and a dining table, is screened in to keep the bugs at bay.

Work from "home" is easily accomplished here with high speed unlimited internet. No zoom fake background needed, just position your computer so everyone can see the amazing water view.

The location also provides easy access to the Friendship Trail as the Trail borders the property to one side.

This classy, comfortable cottage is a pleasant place to relax, rest and rejuvenate.
